At Mottram Hall we understand that when it comes to health and fitness, everyone’s goals are different and as a result we have extensive fitness services, designed to incorporate wellbeing into your everyday routines.

Whether you’re new to exercise or a seasoned gym bunny, looking to improve health or shake up your outlook our health appraisal, personal training consultations and fitness classes will leave you feeling fitter, more energised and inspired to make a positive lifestyle change.

Club Membership, spa days and spa breaks include unlimited access to a number of classes including Aqua Fit, Pilates, Zumba, Fitness Fusion, Bootcamp Circuits and FitSteps. With something to suit all abilities in a fun, supportive and motivating environment, it’s calorie-crunching at its most inventive.

Fitness Suite

We are confident that with a comprehensive range of cutting-edge Technogym equipment and experienced, knowledgeable staff, we will help you achieve your health, fitness and wellness goals whatever they may be.

From your very first visit you can be assured that your needs come first and that our fully qualified, expert staff will develop a personal plan to help you on your way to a healthier lifestyle. We have the latest and very best technology the industry has to offer and as part of your free induction you will be shown how to get the most out of this. All gym users will need to complete an induction (inclusive in your membership), while we also advise a health appraisal.

Please note that members need to be at least 16-years-old to access the gym.

Monday - Friday 6.30am - 10pm
Saturday & Sunday 7am - 8pm
Last entry 30 minutes before closing.

Fitness Classes

We have over 40 classes per week including Yoga, Pilates, Body Pump, Spinning & Zumba. You don't need to reserve your space, just show up to the class in comfortable clothing and all of the equipment will be provided for you.

Personal Trainers

Why not book a fun, personalised, one-to-one workout which will enable you to focus upon your health and fitness goals. You can choose a one-off session to kick start your exercise routine or take advantage of our discounted rates when you train with a friend or book a series of sessions to keep that motivation going. Training sessions are tailored to your needs at home, in the pool, at the gym or outdoors. Our experienced staff in personal fitness have a vast array of knowledge and skills - you can get expert private instruction in almost any activity, just ask.
